In reality, this determination requires an experienced practitioner of Ayurveda. Pulse reading reveals the information of your Dosha (Vatta, Pitta, or Kapha) and the current state of your body, and this information becomes the map for a personalized care plan that addresses your specific individual health needs through a combination of diet, herbs, nutrition and treatments.
